I really wanted to make a Kitty Tier. I hope this looks okay.

The hoodie moves just like a tail.
The hoodie is pretty much her old hat, complete with kitty mouth.
The buttons on the hoodie and cape/tunic have a diamond shape.
The wings are the shape of a heart.
The pants are actually supposed to be longer: think Aladdin. (Cause he was a rogue get it get it)
